1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NeuronWave's lead generation platform and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

NeuronWave provides lead generation services through social media integration and artificial intelligence-powered targeting. Our platform identifies, qualifies, and delivers potential customers to businesses based on specified criteria and pricing tiers.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access our services, you must complete our qualification process through our contact form. Account approval is at NeuronWave's sole discretion. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our services are offered under three pricing tiers:

• Starter: $40 per qualified lead
• Professional: $50 per qualified lead
• Enterprise: $60 per qualified lead

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Lead Quality and Delivery

NeuronWave guarantees that all delivered leads meet our qualification standards. However, we do not guarantee conversion rates or sales outcomes. Lead delivery methods and timing will be specified in your service agreement.

6. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of generated leads. All data collection and processing activities comply with applicable privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

7. Intellectual Property

The NeuronWave platform, including all software, algorithms, and proprietary technology, is owned by NeuronWave and protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for:

• Illegal activities or purposes
• Spamming or unsolicited communications
• Violating social media platform terms of service
• Collecting data for competitive intelligence
• Reverse engineering our technology

9. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, NeuronWave does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

NeuronWave's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeuronWave from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. NeuronWave reserves the right to immediately terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Abilene, Texas.

14. Changes to Terms

NeuronWave reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
